Hackathon challenges and themes are announced. Teams begin brainstorming and planning.

Teams start building their projects. Mentors are available for assistance and guidance.

Continued Hacking

Teams continue development, work on implementations, and prepare for presentations.

Project Presentations

Teams present their projects to judges and fellow participants. Each team has 3-5 minutes to present.

Judging & Evaluation

Judges evaluate projects based on creativity, technical implementation, and presentation quality.

Awards & Closing

Winners are announced and awards presented. Closing remarks and next steps for the main hackathon.
